Throw out the window any preconceptions you may have of Rosie’s Bar & Grill in Wilton Manors (Fort Lauderdale).  A self-proclaimed gay restaurant & bar.  Rosie’s serves up an incredible “big & fluffy” brunch every Sunday.  As well as, award winning burgers (Riverwalk Burger Battle™ Judge’s Trophy, 2x Best Bar & Grill Burger, Burger Nirvana, and Fan Favorite) all day, every day . Word on the streets is that Rosie’s has the most inventive Sunday Brunch. Trust and believe you will love their big welcome, friendly service, and creative fare.

As you park you can hear cool Jazz coming from the DJ on the Patio.  Brunch usually starts with Bloody Mary’s and the playful Fat Elvis A big, ripe banana smothered in crunchy peanut butter, and stuffed into Challah brea.  Then soaked in Rosie’s delicious French toast mix, coated with corn flakes and deep fried ‘til crunchy. OMG!  Sweet and savory, creamy and crunchy, all in one bite!

The Cheeseburger Omelet aka The Rosie’s “Whopper,” is deliciously seasoned Angus ground chuck.  Both Jack and Cheddar cheeses, lettuce, tomato, red onion, ketchup, and of course, pickles! Served with crunchy red potato nuggets, this will satisfy any burger lover’s craving and earned a place in Burger Belle’s ❤.

Breakfast was not all sugar and carbs.  We tried the Le Fancy Fruit Parfait (that’s French for a fancy fruit parfait), a layered delight with vanilla bean yogurt, fresh ripened strawberries, blueberries, and homemade crunchy granola. A burst of rich flavors. Healthy too, as if that matters.
